Q - Can I walk in and purchase things?

Yes! Little Bird Bakery has a storefront in Three Hills, ALberta. Come on by and see what treats we have made today!

Q - Do you sell the coffee you serve?

Yes! You can purchase Little Bird blend beans in store!

Q - Can I purchase Little Bird blend beans anywhere else?

No. They're exclusively sold in store.

Q - Is there a minimum number to order?

Yes. Most items are a minimum order of 1 dozen.

Q - How far in advance do I need to place an order?

It depends on the type of dessert you're looking to order. For cupcakes, we can typically take an order a few days in advance of pick up. Adding toppers and other decorations may require a little more notice. We do ask that you give us at least week for larger orders. For custom designed orders including cakes, decorated sugar cookies and cupcakes, we need at least 10 days notice, although we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks or more prior to. Some weekends do book in full, so we cannot guarantee availability until your order is placed. There are always exceptions to these rules, so it is best to contact us and see what can be arranged. 

Q - Is a deposit required to place my order?

Yes. Your order is not confirmed and on the calendar until a deposit is received.

Q - What is your cancellation policy?

Any order cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to your event date will not be refunded. Orders cancelled within 2 weeks or more advance notice will receive a refund of all monies paid minus the 50% retainer.

Q - What form of payment do you take?

Cash, email money transfers, or we can send you a Square invoice to use credit cards including Visa, MC, AMEX and Discovery. 

Q - Do you make gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free? What about food allergies?

Because we work in a shared kitchen at this time we don't offer celiac or allergy friendly items. We do offer flourless, vegan or dairyless items but the risk of cross contamination is there.

Q - Do you offer product tastings?

At this time, we do not offer sit down tastings. However, if you make a purchase to decide on flavours and place an order for your event, the amount of your taster order will be deducted from your event order. Be sure to mention this in your ordering.

Q - Do you deliver?

Absolutely. Some cakes require delivery because once it leaves our hands we are not responsible for any damage. There may be a charge based on distance and time in transit.

Q - Do you supply flowers?

No. We are happy to place your flowers on your cake however, we'll leave the ordering up to you. We want to make sure you get exactly as you wish. We are happy to pick your order from the local florist in town.

Q - Do you have space to rent for meetings?

Yes! We have a room that you can rent for your meeting, consultations, book club ect. And we'll provide you with treats and beverages. Contact us today to learn more.

Q - Do you offer accessory rentals?

Yes. We have a variety of cake stands and other party rentals. Please contact us for a current list.
